TERESA C. PLUNKETT, VP of Applications and Training Support Teresa Plunkett joined William Ives Consulting in October 1992 and serves as Vice President of Training and Applications Support. She graduated from Appalachian State University in 1981 with a BSBA in Information Systems and received her MBA from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. Teresa possesses twenty-three years’ experience in the automation industry, and is recognized as one of the best law office automation trainers in the Southeast. She is a Hummingbird Certified Engineer, and a Certified iManage Engineer.
