WALTER SMITH, VP of Technical Services Walter Smith joined William Ives Consulting in October 1996 and serves as Vice President of Technical Services, heading up the WIC Technical team. He holds both Certified NetWare Engineer and Microsoft Certified System Engineer designations, specifically, Novell CNE 3 and CNE 4, and Microsoft MCSE with options in SMS and TCP/IP.  He is also a Compaq ASE, VMware Certified Professional, and a VMware Sales Professional. Walter brings a proven record of achievement in project planning, project supervision, implementation, support, and administration of WAN and LAN networks. Walter’s experience has been leveraged into a thorough understanding of how Windows based computer systems store data. This knowledge allows him to perform investigative/forensic analyses related to computer systems in an effort to locate, identify and recover deleted data and/or files.
